What is the length of my necklace?
You will find a description of each necklace, with the length at the bottom of each piece when you click
on the item. Our necklaces and bracelets are all different lengths and have an adjustable chain that can
be adjusted according to your style of choice.

How can I find my ring size?
All our rings are adjustable, so it can be worn on any size and desired finger.

Can I order via Instagram?
Yes, of course you can. Just send us a direct message stating which item you would like to purchase, and
our team will help you place the order.

Is your sterling silver genuine?
All the vanWyk pieces are certified to meet the true fineness of 92.5% pure silver. Please note that
sterling silver is an alloy and 7.5% will be made of other elements.

Does the jewelry go black?
It is very common for silver jewelry and it is called tarnishing. The good news is that tarnish only occurs
on the surface and can be polished away. Our pieces, however, has a layer of protection.

How can I take care of my loved pieces?
We advise you not to wear your jewelry in water, when using cleaning products, lotions or perfumes.
These chemicals can cause tarnishing. You should also store your item in the material bag that it was
delivered in.

Purchases

Can I order jewelry that is not on the website?
Currently we are not taking any special requests. However, you can send us an email with your request,
and we will see how we can assist you.

How does the jewelry arrive, and does it come in a box?
The jewelry you have ordered will arrive inside a jewelry bag, which will be found inside our unique
packaging. This is to keep it safe until it reaches your hands.

Do you have a WhatsApp number?
Yes, we do, and you can place your order directly with us over WhatsApp. Our team will assist you the

Do you have a physical store?
Currently we do not have a physical store, we are just an online store for now.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
We currently only offer this service to customers living in Baku, Azerbaijan. If you live in another
country, you can pay online through our PayPal payment system.

Which payment method do you offer?
When purchasing through the website, you can pay via PayPal or credit card.

Do you allow returns or exchanges?
Of course, we do. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy
from the day you received the jewelry item. The item must be in its original packaging and unworn.
